Litigation
Experience litigating hundreds of contract
disputes providing valuable insight into the do’s and don’ts of drafting
real estate, lot take down, non-compete, mortgage, security, sale of
goods, manufacturer sales, builder and many other types of agreements.
Employment and Non-Compete
Matters
Experience representing both employees and
employers in various employment disputes regarding salary, commission,
benefits, as well as non-compete and trade secret litigation. The firm has
negotiated and drafted employment agreements, commission plans and custom
employment contracts.
Business Acquisition and
Management
Experience representing sellers and buyers of
businesses in both stock and asset sales, negotiated and prepared buy
sells, operating and partnership agreements, and has counseled corporate
clients on a myriad of corporate issues.
Real Estate Transaction and
Management
Experience representing buyers and sellers of
both residential and commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Woodward is
an authorized title agent for Attorneys Title Insurance and has negotiated
and prepared residential leases as well as commercial leases. The firm
represents clients in all facets of real estate ownership including
evictions, real property tax appeals, leases, and vendor disputes.
Condominium and Homeowner
Association Matters
Experience representing homeowner associations,
condominium associations , condo and homeowners in assessment disputes,
covenant violations and board of director disputes. The firm also
represents property and HOA management companies in a variety of matters.
Attorney Profile
Anthony G. Woodward is the
founder and the sole principal of the firm. Mr. Woodward obtained his
undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida where he earned
a bachelors degree in finance, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He obtained his
Juris Doctorate in 1988 from Florida State University.
While at Florida State University, Mr. Woodward worked in the Florida
Legislature and interned
at the Florida Supreme Court for the Chief Justice Leander Shaw. During
law school, Mr. Woodward was a member of the Florida State Moot Court Team
competing in national competitions.
Mr. Woodward has been a member of the Florida Bar Association since 1988
and has worked
in large, medium and small law firm environments in the Tampa Bay area for
over 20 years. Mr. Woodward is admitted to practice law in the State of
Florida.
Mr. Woodward has experience handling a variety of litigation and
transaction matters from complex multi-million dollar business sales to
“mom and pop” family deed transactions.
Mr. Woodward’s clients have included developers, commercial and
residential builders, banks, mortgage lenders and brokers, real estate
brokerages, title companies, real estate investors and a variety of small
businesses.
Mr. Woodward is married with four children. He enjoys golfing and fishing.

FL-60 W, merge onto I-75 N toward Ocala, take the SR-56 W exit, Exit 275,
turn left onto FL-56 W,
FL-56W becomes FL-54 W, turn right on Devonoak Blvd.
From Citrus Park:
Take Veterans Expy (portions toll), go North (Veterans turns into
Suncoast) take the Hwy 54 Exit, turn right, take Hwy 54 to Devonoak Blvd.
